Mixbook giveaway

I rarely do what I am about to do but I feel like this companies customer service and ability to meet the needs of their customers is sorely lacking.  As many of you that follow my blog on a regular basis know I posted on Wednesday a link about a giveaway that Mixbook was doing.  They received such a response from it that there website crashed.  That is understandable.  What is not understandable in my mind is the way the choose to honor the books and they way they behaved in picking and choosing who would receive the code to extended the offer and who would not.    Many of you wrote to me about the fact that you began working on your book when I first posted this offer  but yet you were denied the extended offer code.  Though you were clearly within the time frame they were claiming.  I contacted them myself but they refused to honor what their own website and Facebook page said.    I am sorry for the confusion, I will be more diligent in the companies that I promote in the future.
